Ensure the Interlock Connection System is Precise
A precise interlock system for connecting one roofing sheet with another.
Install ROOFSEAL® and SDS (Self Drilling Screw) completely and sequentially. Remove the rubber seal/"ring" from the SDS and replace it with ROOFSEAL®. Follow the direction of installation according to the number shown on the illustration.
Installation can be done according to the illustration.
• Position ED 70 profile at the edge of the installed roof.
• Provide a gap of 20 - 25 mm from the edge of the roof to ensure air can still flow thorugh the cavity.
• Fasten ED 70 profile using SDS 30 mm and ROOFSEAL® with an interval of every 0,82 meter. Ensure that SDS and Roofseal are fastened at the "peak" part of the ROOFTOP® profiles, not on the "valley" part.
